For several years, United Airlines has run a successful Tech Ops Safety Action Program (TSAP), giving members the opportunity to voluntarily report safety concerns without fear of punitive action. 

The Teamsters National Negotiating Committee for United Airlines met again this week in Denver, determined to keep pushing negotiations forward. After a few disappointing days of bargaining in Washington, D.C., in August, the committee used this week to explore alternative solutions to keep talks moving.
