Dear United Airlines Teamsters,
We are pleased to share there will be updated wage rate schedules for Teamsters technicians and related employees at United Airlines. These new rates will reflect a 4.1 to 4.8 percent wage increase triggered by this year’s run of the United Airlines Technicians Industry Reset Model and will take effect on November 29, 2026.
More detailed information, along with the full wage tables, will be released in the coming days.
