United Bargaining Update 07.01.26

The Teamsters National Negotiating Committee for United Airlines met last month to follow up on some points of the company’s last, best, and final proposal.

The committee identified some language items that must be clarified by the company. Additionally, the committee identified an issue with the company’s bonus proposal contingent on ratification. For these reasons, the committee will return to the table for one last round of bargaining.

We are working to schedule a meeting in the middle of July and will follow up as we have more details. We understand members are eager for information and appreciate your patience as we complete this important review process. We will provide additional updates as soon as more information becomes available.
